As the Account Manager at Clay Pot Creative, Krista Kennedy’s primary goals are to advocate for her clients’ needs from project kickoff to completion and to facilitate streamlined communication with the rest of the CPC team. Her strong background in client relations and project management began in the music and events industries and evolved into the marketing world, where she brings a creative and people-driven perspective to problem-solving and strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and Music Business minor from the University of Tennessee and has worked for a variety of companies and organizations across the country.
What you might catch me doing in my off time:
You’ll find me getting outside for long walks on the Poudre River Trail, in a yoga class at Old Town Yoga, making homemade kombucha or sourdough bread, going to concerts, or cooking a complicated recipe for a dinner party with friends.
Music that gets me into a creative groove:
I listen to many genres, but music from the 60s/70s (Cat Stevens, Janis Joplin, Crosby/Stills/Nash) brings out the hippie in me and gets my creative juices flowing.
Favorite part about working for Clay Pot Creative:
My favorite part of working for Clay Pot is seeing our clients’ hopes come to life by the amazing work of our talented team of designers and developers. What starts as a Word doc of plain text content evolves into a beautifully-crafted design or website. Knowing that we are helping other local businesses grow and succeed makes it all worthwhile.
